Mr. Edmond is a highly experienced international development specialist with an array of skills developed first as a municipal CEO and then in decision making positions in development firms. He has supervised teams of specialists in all phases of business development, project management, finance, and technical assistance. His experience in new business development has been both for for-profit companies and NGOs. He has made capture trips to 25 countries to scope out potential USAID and other donor opportunities. He has managed and written dozens of successful proposals. In addition, he has developed a strong network of donor agencies, including USAID, the UNDP, the World Bank, Asian Development Bank, among others. He is an accomplished analyst, writer, speaker, and international programs implementer. He has worked in many fields, including: local governance and decentralization; city and regional planning; infrastructure and LED; anti-corruption; CSO strengthening; post conflict reconciliation; program evaluation; and training. He also has worked extensively in program management and monitoring.
