Randolph S. Lintz is a results-focused economist, project manager, business developer, and strategist with global development sector experience.  He has over thirty years of experience with a proven ability to deliver effective economic planning, technical advisory, and evaluation services to public and private sector clients in diverse countries.  He has a worked independently and as part of a team to take the initiative in solving problems that are faced on a day-to-day basis, build coalitions with other organizations, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize work in a dynamic environment.  Mr. Lintz focuses on delivering results that matter and creating sustainable solutions at the local level.  His assignments have focused on various aspects of the agricultural, commercial/industrial, renewable energy, financial, health, governance, urban housing, water and sanitation infrastructure, and tourism sectors to promote changes to increase the capacity of a country’s economy to produce goods and services and enhance governments’ ability to make and enforce rules enabling improved public and private service delivery.  His work experience includes the design, management, and evaluation of international development assistance projects and programs for multilateral agencies such as the World Bank, IDB, North American Development Bank, Central American Bank for Economic Integration, OAS and UN agencies. He has also provided expert services to and bilateral donors including USAID, MCC and the Swedish International Development Agency.  Mr Lintz has worked with private firms and directly for sovereign states as well.
